If your appliance has been purchased more than 30 days ago, has a valid warranty and purchased from Currys then we can provide help and support in the event of an unexpected mechanical or electrical breakdown and you can do this online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Simply follow the instructions below to book your repair online. Before you start, please make sure that we cover your brand and appliance type:
- Click on "Home" and click "Book your repair today".
- Click "It's not working as expected - It's over 30 days old".
- Tell us what appliance type you have.
- Tell us which manufacturer made your appliance.
- Tell us about your appliance? You will need to provide the model and serial number taken from the machine itself.
- Try our simple soft service tips - You may be able to resolve the problem yourself.
- Tell us about you and your appliance fault - give as much detail as possible to help us identify the issue and where possible pre-order parts.
- Choose an appointment date that suits you.
- Let our certified local engineer visit your property and get your appliance back up and running.
To book a repair for your appliance we need to know when the appliance was purchased, and you must provide us with the receipt number. This information will be available on your store/online receipt.
To book a repair for your appliance we need to know the exact model number and serial or product number. This information usually consists of numbers only or a mix of letters and numbers and will be found on a label on the appliance itself.

Currys offer a 12-month warranty on all home and kitchen appliances that have been purchased from Currys. This warranty starts from the date of purchase and expires after 12 months.
If you require a repairs for faults outside of this warranty regrettably we cannot authorise a repair.

If you are having trouble booking in your repair online or have any question about an existing repair, then please contact us on 0333 0536887.
Please note that we can only provide updates for jobs booked through the repaircover website or via our Contact Centre. In addition, we can only book repairs for selected home and kitchen appliances that have been purchased from Currys. This includes Cooking, Dishwashing, Laundry and Refrigeration appliances made by Currys essentials, Kenwood and Logik.
If you have recently purchased a new Cooking, Dishwashing, Laundry and Refrigeration appliance made by Currys essentials, Kenwood and Logik in the last 30 days and you need a repair then this cannot be booked online and you will need to contact us on 0333 0536887.
If you have recently purchased a new Cooking, Dishwashing, Laundry and Refrigeration appliances made by Currys essentials, Kenwood and Logik in the last 30 days and you are missing a key part, consumable or accessory then please contact us to request replacement products on 0333 0536887.
Once we have validated your claim, we will send replacement items by post or carrier for free.
You will need to provide your appliance and personal details over the phone as well as providing proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or online order confirmation.
If your appliance is out of warranty and you wish to purchase spare parts, accessories or consumables then please visit www.partmaster.co.uk.
If your appliance is in warranty and you need replacement consumables or accessories like refrigerator shelves, tumble dryer filters or oven control knobs then regrettably these are not covered by your warranty period and you will need to purchase these online by visiting www.partmaster.co.uk.
